While Pinecone Media aims to deliver outstanding results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as keyword rankings, ad performance, or lead volume, as results can vary based on factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, content, and deliverables produced by Pinecone Media remain the property of Pinecone Media until full project completion. Upon completion, the client receives rights to use the deliverables for their business.

6. Confidentiality

Both Pinecone Media and the client agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive business information, marketing strategies, account credentials, and trade secrets shared throughout the engagement.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party tools such as Google, Meta, SEMrush, and others. Pinecone Media is not responsible for issues arising from changes or limitations on these platforms, including downtime or policy updates.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 15 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered and must be honored as outlined in the initial agreement. No refunds will be issued for completed work or prepaid services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pinecone Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law
